“We enjoyed our stay… the only issue we had was the new apartment code everyday. We understood it was for safety, but there isn’t internet service in the car garage. It was a hassle at first when we were trying to access the building codes, which is why I took off one star for the check in process. Once we got in though, it’s everything we expected. ”

“Terrific property! In the heart of Foggy Bottom. Fully stocked kitchen. A range of toiletries in each bath. Each bedroom beautifully appointed. Our host, Anand, very responsive. We would return in a heart beat. Highly recommend this property.”

“The house is great. it was clean and pretty well stocked. 3 bathrooms worked out really well because there was 6 of us. Just a few things to watch out for: the stairs are wood and small so with the little ones make sure they have on slippers or socks with grippers on the bottom. There was not a cookie sheet, so we improvised. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked selection of paper towels and toilet paper. There was enough laundry detergent to wash every day. “This property was as advertised! Clean with large bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Pretty good location too!! I would come back to this property next visit. ”

“The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down……

“We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. Looked like previous renters left a lot of food in sink. But that was no biggie to us. We washed dishes in dishwasher and……

“The house was very nice and clean! Only about 20-25 mins away from DC and college park. The area was very quiet! We had plenty of space for the family and were able to move around without feeling like we were on top of each other! ”

Everytime I sent a message, his responses were in a timely manner. Just wished I had his number so I could have called direct. Very nice trip. Even the teens enjoyed the stay. “This apartment had plenty of space and privacy for the 3 of us. The location was fantastic for walking to tourist spots, restaurants, shopping markets. Ted’s was a terrific host—very responsive to our questions and super accommodating. Another huge plus is that we could park our car right in the driveway. Very nice, safe residential neighborhood, but close to all the fun stuff!”
