"Convenient location. Wide variety of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage across the street was great to not haul luggage long distances. Hotel was dated, but clean. Excellent service from the staff. Only criticism I had was the room thermostat. You couldn’t set a specific temperature. Either the room was freezing cold or very hot. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to switch from one extreme to the other. "

"What a quaint historic b&b. You feel the southern hospitality as soon as you walk in. You feel the history and i love that the staff gives you a tour of the property. Updated bathroom and step stools to get on the high bed. There was water and plenty of usb outlets. Equipped with the bathroom essentials and bathrobes. Bed was comfy and plenty of pillows too. "We got snowed in Atlanta and booked Twelve Downtown. As a family of five, the suite type of accomodation was really spacious but allowed for enough proximity to still spend time together as a family. It was really nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was really convenient as it was next to the MARTA. It's a medium-shortish ride to the airport via the gold or red lines or take a quick lyft ride. I hope to come back and visit Atlanta at Twelve (not during a snow storm). "
