“I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks……

“Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. ”

“We highly recommend this large home for a big family gathering. We used it for “home away from home” for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. “We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's in the Buffalo area while visiting our family. This is by far the best. It was very clean and all the rooms were decorated and furnished nicely. “This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. ”

“The house ia very good. However it needs maintenance and cleaning. The bedrooms are larger than the pictures. We had a great relaxing weekend as a family. Everything in the house works properly.
