“Very nice property, well-cared for and very clean. Location is great near restaurants and shopping. Not too far from Bills stadium either. Also convenient for Sabres games.”

“This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. ”

“We chose this adorable cabin to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier. Such a cute homey place. There are many wineries/breweries to visit and Niagara Falls isn’t far. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here!”

“The house ia very good. However it needs maintenance and cleaning. The bedrooms are larger than the pictures. We had a great relaxing weekend as a family. Everything in the house works properly. But it needs some deep cleaning. The house is in a skydiving place. So the kids LOVE to watch the airplane and people skydiving. That was definitely very fun. Communication was not the best. Host is very nice but took long time to answer. ”

“Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. ”

“We had such an amazing stay. Great location to Niagara Falls and the Stadium. The extra toiletries were appreciated too. Beds were comfortable and the home easily accommodated our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Quiet, clean place that met our needs for a wedding and a family reunion. Beds are a bit firm, the bathroom is small, stairs to the front door are steep, and the TV didn’t have YouTubeTV. These are the only negatives I had. I’ll be using this location for future visits. ”
