“This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The studio was adorable and tastefully decorated ~ appeared to be new and excellent condition.……

“Enjoyed most everything about this property. Amazing views from the room, clean property and free bikes. Unfortunately the heater in the pool and hot tub wasn't working properly, and the tv in the living area of my room wasn't functioning, and there was a lot of construction going on on the first floor of the building (from the hurricanes). “We loved our stay in this lovely little beach rental. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - mere steps to the beach and an easy 20-minute walk to Siesta Key village. The rental seemed brand new- everything was clean and in perfect condition. We had everything we needed to enjoy a 4-night stay from towels to beach chairs to an umbrella, comfortable beds, and even a nespresso machine! Communication with the host was effortless and they made us feel welcomed, answering questions……

“We loved the location of this unit. Very close to some of our favorite spots (Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Bridge street)! I did have a "moment" with the elevator where it was stuck between floors. Once it finally opened, we never rode it again. And the unit was not very cool, the cooler/dehumidifier put off more heat than it actually cooled the room. Since the weather was cool, it wasnt a big deal for us to just use the fans provided. “We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina.
