“The house had just been completely renovated due to the recent hurricane damage. Jim did an excellent job with everything to make sure our stay was top-notch. All the furnishings and appliances were brand new. We took the bikes out every day to Siesta Key Beach, which was just down the street. Absolutely amazing, and it took under 5 minutes! The rental location is very close (less than 1 mile) to fun restaurants in Siesta Key Village, with lot's of great bars and shopping. This place has it……

“Excellent location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spots around beds, that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. House was as advertised. Very nice for 2 couples and a small baby as we had. Pool was nice, although it needed some cleaning too. Overall, a very nice stay.”

“The studio apartment was very cute and more than functional. I had family in the neighborhood so I mostly just slept there but I could have cooked, the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I missed was I would have liked to use a washing machine but there wasn’t one in the little house. ”

“We enjoyed this little duplex near the beach and close to town. Very clean and comfortable! There is some street noise day and night. Our neighbor's dog barked all the time (not our VRBO owner's fault, but still annoying). A few more expected amenities would have made the stay even better: hand towels, shampoo, wastebasket, floor mat needed in the bathroom. A warmer blanket for the bed, and a throw for the couch would have been nice. Nice place for two people. We really liked this place!”

“This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating.
