“We loved staying at this cozy home in Galax. Communication was quick and consistent from the start. The house and property was immaculate. The home was just as described but even better in person. “It was so nice when we arrived, they had several lights on the front porch, A welcome card, fresh fruit, plenty of supplies. It was so nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was easy access to town. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we went to Log cabin restaurant and the waiter that waited on us was wonderful. He had asked us why we were in town and we told him our anniversary and the Blue Ridge Parkway. At the end of our meal, he brought us a delicious piece of cake……

“My husband and I chose The Dairy Barn for a short getaway for my birthday. The property was immaculate! We got to see an amazing sunrise and made friends with the cows in the nearby field. The cabin itself is exactly like the pictures. Everything was well appointed, and the bed was so comfortable that we’re trying to find out the brand to get one of our own! The cabin was squeaky clean and we felt right at home. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you for offering such an amazing place……

“This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding that was in State Road at Whispering Ridge Farm! The owner’s were amazing when we had an issue with the oven. Very responsive and super helpful. The real wood-burning fireplace was an added bonus! Very relaxing decks with magnificent views! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall simple and clean cabin in the woods. Good communication from the host. The listing accurately depicts the cabin interior. The bed was comfortable, nice linens, and very clean. Like some others mentioned, it was a bit close to the neighbors so if you want total privacy its not the place for you. But we lucked out and the place was pretty empty.
