“Petunia House was exactly as described and perfect for a couple’s getaway. When we arrived we found a small issue with the hottub. I messaged the host through the app and they came and fixed the issue within less than 15 minutes. Just a block removed from all the main road attractions, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Would consider rentint out the whole Briar Patch for something like a family reunion!”

“We loved our stay at this little cottage in Fredricksburg. Great house in a great location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our family.”

“First time in Fredericksburg, was a perfect house to stay in with the family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, modern updates. Easy communication w/ Karen and very easy check-in process. Close to everything, especially downtown Main Street. All wineries were an easy drive. Despite the 20 degree temps and light snow, we had a fantastic time. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!”
