“Petunia House was exactly as described and perfect for a couple’s getaway. When we arrived we found a small issue with the hottub. I messaged the host through the app and they came and fixed the issue within less than 15 minutes. Just a block removed from all the main road attractions, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Would consider rentint out the whole Briar Patch for something like a family reunion!”

“The house was awesome. It was very clean (except when we moved the washing machine a tiny bit and it was pretty filthy under there.) The kitchen was stocked with spices and tools needed to cook a meal. The biggest issue we had was the gate code did not work. It took property management a couple hours to get back to us about it.
