“This was a great stay however property difficult to find due to construction on building. Had I known ahead of time it would have made it easier to find.”

“The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. “We had a short trip and had never visited this city before. I love that the neighborhood smells like bread from the bread factory. And it is so close to the harbor. The apartment was comfy and clean. I would stay there again.”

“My first impression of the neighborhood was not good. Many car repair places and vehicles on the street that weren’t even functional. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable! A slight glitch in the code for the door, but the owners answered my text right away and were very helpful in resolving the issue. Once my husband and I got to exploring the area, there were many nice restaurants near the wharf, just a few blocks down the street. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend……

“Except for a few glitches during our stay which were immediately taken care of, this was a clean and cozy, wonderful location for my husband and I to spend a few days with family and friends. There is a great museum (the Phillips) just three blocks away and lots of eateries just 2-3 blocks distance. The management team was on top of things and communicated frequently. Overall this was a great place to be and we plan on using it again whenever we are in DC.”

“Everything we needed for the 3 day weekend we spent in DC. Perfect size for 4 people to stay, hang out, and sleep. Easy to find and central to a lot of really fun restaurants. One thing- I will point out to any venue that does this because it’s something you don’t always have, and that’s easy to reach outlets in the bedrooms! It might seem minor but having an outlet right near the bed to be able to plug in our travel charger docks and extra phone batteries for when we’re out exploring is great……
