Expedia, you need to review how you arrive at customer ratings; any reviews outside of at least 60 days is irrelevant. Our recent vacation included 3 hotel stays, all chosen because they were 8/10 or higher, and 2 of the 3 deserved a 4/10 overall. This Hampton Inn smelled, the lobby was dirty, the elevator was filthy, our room door was broken (literally had to lift & slam to close), the front desk staff were dismissive, room floor was dirty. Only positive is 5 min from the airport and an Outback Restaurant across the street.
