“The emailed info on the property listed the pool and extra property. We looked and looked 😂 finally someone got back to us and said there was a mistake. There was no pool or extra parking on the property. I emailed ahead of time asking for type of coffee pot and if there were filters. I was told a drip coffee maker and no filters. There was a Keurig, a drip coffee maker and lots of filters. The TV is streaming services only, so were disappointed to not be able to watch the olympics on……

“The location on the north shore is great to access many towns and ski resorts easily. Property managers were very prompt with any questions we had. The size of the place was perfect for our family of 8 (grandparents, two kids, and two couples).”

“Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay, the place was perfect!! The location was perfect as well. I would come back again! ”

“Just the right amount of space and amenities for two. Great kitchen, cozy furniture all around. Slightly disappointed that the loft was blocked off during our stay (as it looks accessible in the pictures), but it ultimately didn't factor into our enjoyment. The best part of the cabin was that upon checking in, the fireplace and the hot tub were ALREADY running and ready to go. Instant warmth and comfort. Would happily come back to this cozy cabin in the future.”

“We did not stay at this property, but I had to pick a star in order to submit a review... We had to cancel our trip due to a severe winter storm in the area. Grand Welcome was not helpful, particularly communicative, or responsive about this. They did not respond to my inquiry about the state of the roads and property due to the storm. When I let them know that we would be cancelling, they directed me to file a claim through the insurance that I purchased and offered no other information or help……

“Great place, but no A/C. We were there in July and it was unreasonable hot in the upstairs bedrooms to the point of not being able to sleep. The fans provided were adorable, but not enough to make a dent with keeping the air circulated. Keep this in mind during the summer, it will be HOT in that house and unbearable. Also, it would have been nice to be notified that there is a “fee” to use the pool/fitness area. $10.00 per person per day and another $2.00 for a towel.”

“A few friends and I spent the weekend in this beautiful home. There are lots of games, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, etc… the house feels like a home. Beautiful decor, personal touches and comfortable furniture. Very quiet neighborhood and close to anything you could need or want! I HIGHLY recommend this place, I travel often and this is my first experience using Vrbo…safe to say this will be my go-to app now. ”

“This property is professionally managed so someone is able to immediately respond to any questions. The furniture/sofa and chairs are not that comfortable, but if your activities are elsewhere, it might not matter. The outdoor space is unremarkable so make sure you have things to do and places to go to during the day.”

“We were looking for something reasonable close to Palisades. This property was an easy drive. There is a nice little sitting area out the back door. (Door sticks, mgr will want to fix that) The rooms were nice and the whole unit was clean and served our family well.”

“Great cabin! Everything seemed really new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend it! I do advise bringing games with you as we didn’t find any - not that they said there would be, but usually cabins have some games it was really nice to be able to park in the garage!”

“House was nice, comfortable and clean. Need more forks😂 only have 8 total so lots of washing before meals and snacks. Front door entry was difficult at best, code is long and directions were not clear. Lots of steps up to house and inside, hard for anyone with mobility issues. ”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
