“This house was fine for our needs. We had permission to host Thanksgiving dinner for our family up to 30 people for the afternoon meal. We greatly appreciated that. As it turned out we only had 22 so the space was fine. There were some concerns. The listing did not say anything about no shoes in the house. We received that information the day before check in. This was difficult since we had older people attending. Also, the floors are extremely cold being in the high desert area of Nevada. The……

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
