If it had more Beds, Futons or Couches available for LARGE GROUPS it could really bring in the bigger groups since the Mayo Civic Center is only 20 Minutes away. Owner was quick to respond by having a friend come over and let me in. Black mold on ceiling, cobwebs on ceiling lights, dusty. Could not regulate heat in rental unit, very cold at night in rental. Owner was good to work with, but I should not have had to asked for the lock on door to work. Washer and dryer are a shared between residents in house. VERY……

“I booked for a stay for appts at Mayo. There were just two of us. The home is well situated for Mayo it’s a quick trip!! It’s also well located in terms of needing to run for coffee, restaurants, to the grocery store…etc. all things we found near. The home is very organized, clutter free and cheerfully decorated in bright colors. It’s equipped with modern lighting, heating and sound systems. “Close to Mayo and I enjoyed walking the flower lined streets. Hyvee is in a strip mall and its about 3 minutes by car. The apartment is very nice and furnished well with all the kitchen amenities you need. Towels were thick and I loved the walk in shower. A very quiet and well groomed neighborhood.
