“We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel……

“I really enjoyed my stay here, check in was smooth the host was helpful and it really felt like home. I felt safe and comfortable in the complex. There’s a lot of places nearby and it’s right in between the Mayo campus and Saint Marys campus which was very ideal, I was able to get around without having to drive at all. I would recommend bringing a cutting board though if you’re planning to cook at all lol. I was able to hear my neighbors and footsteps but I didn’t really mind, the floors are……

“It was a very nice home away from home. It was clean and was very spacious. Nice neighborhood and the walking path was excellent, also close to Mayo Clinic. Quiet neighborhood, restful and peaceful. The Host responded to inquires very promptly. Would recommend. ”

“This apartment is well appointed, super comfortable (special shout out to beds and pillows!) and has everything one needs to settle in and hunker down. Laundry and garage warrant huge bonus points! 3 minutes to Mayo, 5 to St. Mary’s.Did I mention the garage??!!”

“We were in town for appointments at Mayo and this apartment was perfect for our needs! Everything was very clean and exactly as the listing showed in the pictures. The dorm size fridge actually had a separate freezer section that let me keep my ice packs frozen in case I needed them for the trip home for any leftovers. Beds were comfy…shower area was beautifully tiled…loved that the shower/toilet area was separate from the sink to enable 2 people to get ready at same time. Managers were quick……
