“We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. That being said, we had a couple of issues with the elevator. When we arrived we couldn't get the elevator to open. There the four of us were with all our luggage. We are all in our 70's and 80"s and not in any shape to haul luggage up the stairs. Thank goodness they sent someone out while we were at dinner and solved the problem. ”

“This property was very very clean and very very close to the beach. Lots of extra starters in case you forgot something you could have got through your first day without having to go to the store and the condo is very nicely stocked with anything you needed to cook or make drinks. Anything like that. There was beach towels, beach chairs. Lots of things we would not have needed to bring on our own. Lots of room would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is a key to the……

“We were having a wonderful, perfect trip until the second evening when the upstairs neighbors overflowed the bathroom. One of our bedrooms and bathrooms flooded and we noticed tons of black mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. Sun Surf Realty worked fast to get us in another rental that was not oceanfront and was much older and lesser quality then the one I had rented. It was very frustrating to say the least. I feel like I over paid for a less quality rental on the other side of the island. It’s……

“Building is at the back of the property, ocean can be seen over many rooftops. Elevator is a great convenience. Pool very close by. A few hours after our arrival I opened sliding trash can area and roaches scampered out of trash. I would not choose this unit again because of bugs. The roaches mentioned were only seen once.”

“The place was very nice except the bathrooms. The fixtures in the showers and bath were rusted and corroded so I wasn’t able to use the tub at all. ”
