“My husband and I decided to stay at EI a second week after our adult children returned home. We didn't need a huge place to stay and this was just right. The owners were very friendly and above us the entire week but never heard a sound. The unit was clean and just as described. “East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. ”

“Nice little place. The biggest issue was the washing machine. It sounded like a jet engine taking off. We couldn’t wash clothes and have a relaxing conversation or tv. The coffee pot blew a fuse. The dishwasher door just drops. It hit my shin and bruised me. The shower heads were terrible. We couldn’t wait to get home to our own showers. Having said all of that, the bed was good. We slept well. The place was clean. And, best of all… the ocean was right outside. New appliances would make this……

“First floor, easy to navigate to and from. Excellent hosts. Friendly and helpful and wanted feedback. This is a gem 💎 hiding in Emerald Isle. Everything we needed was there. Clean, efficient layout. Minutes to beach time. Absolutely loved staying her with my husband Kyle so much, I'm making him take me back. Enjoyed it so much it is now an annual trip. “We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. ”
