“We stayed here while attending our nephews wedding just following Thanksgiving. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and very clean. It was a little cold, however, there were lots of blankets and they kept the gas fireplace burning. We would stay here again.”

“I spent 11 nights in this lovely treehouse cabin in mid-October. It is my favorite time of year in CO with warm days and cool nights. I spent my days sitting in the sun on the front porch reading and listening to podcasts. At night I would curl up on the big comfy bed to watch a movie and drink tea. I fell asleep to sounds of the wind in the pines, horses neighing in the pasture, distant trains, and a few coyote yelps. I was visited by many birds and a big orange tabby cat who knew when I needed……

“Nice house, group of 12. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. Every room has a TV.”

“Lack of communication before-hand about check-in. We did have prompt responses to broken A/C, and then lack of hot water. Sleeps 7 or 8 but has dishes for less. Very basic supplies. Though coffee was supplied, sugar was hidden away, no pepper was found, no paper towels or tissues, some lightbulbs out. It served our purpose and met basic needs once problems were addressed.”

“Corey is very communicative and the house is as advertised. Comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. We have used VRBO for a lot of stays and sometime that is lacking. But we felt at home during our stay. ”

“Perfect rental for our family of four’s week long stay! House has a wonderful layout and had everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail. I grew up in Colorado Springs and know the area well. This house is a great “landing spot” to explore the natural beauty of Colorado Springs while also having nearby fun activities for kids. ”
