The "restaurant" that they have pictures of on their website doesn't actually operate. So, I am not sure why it is still posted on the site as an actual amenity. Overall, I felt misled by just about everything I saw on the website. The beds are super firm and mine was kinda lumpy...not sure how that happened. The bathroom was about the size of a small closet, as the bathroom door swings out to almost meet the toilet, when you go to shut it. The sink was in the room, and not in the bathroom. There was a very red stain on the floor by the fridge (quite possibly could've been blood--not to be dramatic). The housekeeper that came to give us more towels and take out the trash didn't have a way to vacuum the floor, so I am not sure how that is ever done; wouldn't recommend walking barefoot on the floors. And when we arrived at 10:30pm, their system was down, so we had to wait almost half an hour to get checked in (which isn't ideal after flying all the way from Ohio). However, the staff were very friendly and my very judgmental & picky mother enjoyed the free breakfast (I was shocked haha). It is a shame that the hotel isn't all that they make it seem to be. I wouldn't highly recommend this place. It's good for a night or two...we were here for 4 days and it was disappointing. Lastly, if you want to get snacks and water that cost significantly less than what is downstairs in the lobby, there is a 7/11 right next door with super friendly employees; it is open 24/7.
