“Unit was nice”

“We stayed at this property for the Kiawah Marathon. When we checked in, we notified to local contact that we could hear a low battery chirp from a smoke detector in a locked closet. We were assured there were no smoke detectors in the closet, and that we could remove the smoke detector batteries from the other units. The local contact was “off island” and maintenance manager was on vacation so they were unable to assist. We notified the local contact again that the sound was coming from the……

“This unit checked all the boxes. It was located right on the ocean with great views, it was in a gated community, and everything was extremely well taken care of. The entire unit was very well-appointed. This is by far the cleanest, most organized unit I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in numerous VRBO units worldwide. Even down to the silverware which was perfectly aligned in the drawers.”

“House is as described in the pictures and description! We had a lovely stay during a quiet time of the year in a beach town. The puzzle and flavored coffee pods were a nice touch! ”

“The title pretty much says it all. We have stayed at a few different places at Kiawah and this one was the cleanest of the places we have stayed at. It is right on the beach, central to everything. Would definitely stay here again!”

The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12.
