“It was a beautiful spacious place for 14 guest! The pool and slide were a huge hit. The kitchen floors were kind of sticky and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cabinets but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.”

The only thing was we were not able to get a fast response from the property manager on things we needed to know but he did respond it was a delay I do believe he said he was out of town but other than everything was great”

“I had a class in Anna, Tx about 5 minutes from Van Alstyne and found this listing. It was reasonably priced and after some research the town looked quite charming. I invited my girlfriend to come with me and she accepted. This is a charming little cottage with an open floor plan. It has a very comfortable bed, living area with futon, dining/kitchen area with an oven/range, microwave, full size refrigerator and even a Keurig with lots of coffee. “We were heading to Texas to visit some family. This house was perfect because we had some downtime and were happy to hang out at the house. Our next trip down to Anna we will definitely be looking for this house again. ”

“We had mostly everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Super close to university to participate in weekend activities and then a super short drive. It will help if you have some toiletries and extra things (toilet paper, salt, butter) even if it is for an extra charge, so you don’t have to go out again. Other than that it was perfect.
