“We stayed here for a weekend for a family get together nearby. It was so cute inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean! Tons of games and activities for families to do/use and all the household supplies you could need! It could use some signage not to open the side door but we loved it over all and plan to stay again next year for our family gathering!”

“We visit Denison to visit family regularly and are always disappointed our accommodations. Not this time! We visited over the 4th of July and had a great time at the Loft. The space was super unique, clean and just down in a great location. We were able to have Texas fam over for some afternoon drinks while we watched the fireworks and everyone was impressed by the space. On top of that, the beds were comfortable, the wife was happy, and the fridge kept our beer cold. What else could you ask……

“I spent 2 nights in the guest house/apt. Located off a quiet farm road the location is great for relaxing or access to Bois D'Arc lake. The farm road is good for long walks and the guest house porch is great for relaxing. The interior is comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.”

“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). “You get what you pay for at this property. I stayed several times for multiple nights for work related travel. It’s definitely a budget hotel, but I have paid more for much worse. Clean rooms, nice staff, quiet, microwaves and mini fridges so you don’t have to eat out very day. This is a perfect stay for a longer term budget business traveler.
