"Just few hours before check-in, I received a text from the hotel informing me that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable during our stay. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool, so I called the hotel and spoke with Tina at the front desk. She was kind and understanding, and offered a discounted rate for the night, which I really appreciated. At check-in, the discount had already been applied, and the service overall was friendly and professional. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Despite the unexpected pool closure, our experience that night was a good one. "

"Love all Wyndham chain hotels. Very luxurious, love the fitness center. Wish they were more clear on whether there is a tub/shower combo or just a shower. I hate showers. I did survive and loved everything else—beautiful room and really comfy bed and pillows."
