The cottage was spotless, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the city. Highly recommend!”

“I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We……

“Wonderful! Exactly as listed. Ample space for our girls get away with 3 separate sleeping areas and sitting rooms. Fantastic location with quick walk to St George Street. Relatively quiet in the evenings even with a Fri/Sat night stay and white noise machines in the bedrooms were a great surprise addition. House is stocked with essentials, decorated nicely, and hosts are super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Would return for future visits in the area. ”

“My little family arrived Christmas day to enjoy the nights of lights and the holiday scene in historic St Augustine. This place was absolutely lovely. We like that it was in the back of the property and you go up a flight of stairs so the views are nice and when there was some winter rainstorms we really got to take all that in. Really loved the sitting area living room setup. The kitchen appliances are adorable It's only about a 5-minute walk from the historic gatesYou get to walk past awesome……
