“We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!……

“The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The morning breakfast in the White Oak Room was pretty good with a varied menu. The 2 bars were fine. Average bar food. The location was great. Within walking distance of everywhere including plenty of pubs, restaurants, tourist locations etc. etc. The public areas of the hotel were in pretty good shape and well kept.
