“Beautiful B&B in a lovely area only a short driving distance from Waterford City. I had a large, comfortable room - everything was pristinely clean, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent variety on the menu, and tiny home made (warm!) scones accompanying whatever you chose. The guest lounge was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and delph, comfortable couches, and a 'drop and swap' area for books. I would highly recommend a stay in Samuel's……

“We had a very warm welcome. We stayed in a comfortable family room that worked well for our family trip as 3 adults. The stay was very good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also appreciated having a kettle in the room. The location was very convenient for visiting Waterford and Tramore. Would recommend!”

“Very beautiful castle hotel and property. It's on its own island and a free ferry brings you across the small river. Lovely. Food is fantastic. “Everything went smoothly, we were there for two nights, Had our meal in the hotel bar which was very tasty, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was top class and they had more than I have ever seen at the buffet breakfast table than in any other Hotel I have been too. Highly recommend.”

“Great location, very very beautiful. The pod was smaller than expected, but most of it was there. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. For the rest, I would recommend people checking out this place as the area and the views are amazing!”
