“Nice clean property ”

“Bathroom lighting excellent. Would like to have had a mirror in bathroom on wall across from vanity mirror to see back of head. In my 2 bed room lighting was poor. It was much better in my brother's king bed room. There was an extra lamp in the corner by window that made a great difference. Was cloudy and rainy so very little light from window ”

“Staff was very friendly and check-in/out was easy. Breakfast offered a lot of options. Our room and other common areas were very clean. The only issue was a squealing elevator door which we were told was to be repaired in the next week. Thankfully we couldn’t hear it from inside our room. I would not hesitate to book a room again. ”

“Service was great, free breakfast was good and most of all the beds were the most comfortable beds in a hotel room that we have ever stayed in. We did have a couple complaints but nothing major. Number one seems kind of strange to complain about, by why in the heck are the toilets so dang low to the ground? It was so uncomfortable and the whole family had something to say about it so I know that it wasn’t just me. And two, our key cards were constantly not working for our doors. We would use it……

“Stayed for a couple nights to go to the Polar express train. This was a great location for us and the kids enjoyed exploring the woods. Billie was great and easy to communicate with. We will be staying again!”
