“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“It was exactly as posted for location. The hammersmith bridge was closed for traffic except for walking. So the tube is a 15 minute walk. The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Pub 2 minute walk and a few restaurants close by. I would stay there again.”
