"I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!"

"My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect."
