「The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.」

「My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「Très bel hotel, décoration raffinée. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur une rizière. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel nous a organisé un trek avec une guide hmong. Cette sortie a été exceptionnelle, nous avons passé un très bon moment et en savons plus sur les différentes ethnies et coutumes locales. Encore merci. Je recommande 」

「From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice.」
