“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“Just like everybody else says in their review. The staff really make this place great. The units are starting to show signs of wear. The staff are always out painting or doing repairs around the campus. My only real gripe is the food. I thought no way that ALL the food would not taste good, but that was the case unfortunately. I was able to find something to eat everyday and it wasn't bad, but nothing stood out or was memorable. I would recomend everyone to try this place out for themselves……

This is truly a perfect experience for a couple to spend some quality time together while enjoying a beautiful tropical paradise! Also when you are there go see the one and only Ruban and Desire holding down the bar. Also Vinny was our personal guest experience guide and he made everything so easy for us as first timers and even found us on a couple of occasions to check in and see how everything was going. Also a must……

“HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！”
