“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“Ive been going to all inclusive resorts for 28 years. This had the cleanest common areas, biggest room, best staff, most expensive furnishings and just over all excellent. The food was average but nobody went hungry. There is only one issue that will keep me away and that is the layout of the pools and to much shade on the property after lunch.”

“The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly/pleasant as well as the service. However, there should be better set up for breakfast/dinner at the grill. It’s not enough for the mass of people Period translation shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes or more for cooked food. ”

“Good place for a few nights. Very slippery pool deck, and hallway and room floors. Staff is great”

“HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！”
