「Pool was enjoyable, however you need to wait very long time for a drink. Room was kept clean. Staff was mostly kind but struggling with English language. Food was just okay ( many options but quality wasn’t the best). Overall it was “okay”」

「Pros- Good food, beds where comfortable, friendly stuff, water park was great. Resort is big. They do have a pick up and drop off locations if you want a ride instead of walking. Every 15mins ish. The wrist band is also the key to the door which i loved. Didnt have to carry a key around or worry about lossing it. Cons- Shower leaked a bit, just put towels down when showering. Patio door was hard to open but doable. The glass on the patio needed to be cleaned. Kids slabber prints from before...

「This hotel did not meet my expectations. As a new/renovated hotel I expected a better experience but was left disappointed. For starters upon check in, our check in employee was frustrated to do our check in. He said the process should have been something done before we arrived at the hotel and online. He proceeded to say it was something he was doing as a courtesy. As a family group, traveling with 4 seniors… it is ridiculous to think our older family members would know how to do an online...
