"The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. "

The hotel is in walking distance to everything and it is in a nice safe area. We were able to participate in a paint and sip event and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Fair price. Great staff and the breakfast was good. Found the location a bit out from the main city for tourist who didn’t rent a car. If you did rent a car there was parking at the hotel. Just realize it isn’t cheap to part in downtown Dublin. Buses come by the hotel but you need to be aware of the times as there aren’t a lot of them that come by. Overall the stay was good and the price for the hotel was reasonable. "
