“This is a clean, well-maintained rental in a residential neighborhood, with a dedicated parking spot and fenced backyard area. There were ring-style cameras at the front and back entrances and secure locks on the doors The rental is located in a residential area, less than a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach. There is easy and reasonably-priced parking in the downtown area if you choose to drive, and there is also a trolley with a nearby stop. When we invariably locked ourselves out Chris……
