“This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. ”

“Wonderful house. Room for all for both together activities and private ones also. The only complaint we had was the discrepancy in the listing that stated 5 queen beds and one double. They were all double. But they were comfortable. ”

“We do an annual Christmas shopping weekend and this year decided to try Kennebunkport. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t well equipped if you like to cook. There were no large pots, or cooking utensils but we were able to make it work. We loved the house and are hoping to go back in warmer weather.”

“What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in……

“The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small……

“We had The Best Time here! The house was perfect – and just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 9 people – never felt crowded or on top of each other. Having multiple living/hanging out spaces (inside and out) and 2 laundry rooms were great. Super special that we could all sit down to eat together at the big, long kitchen table. All the rooms and beds were so comfortable. Multiple AC units throughout the house was nice to let people adjust as per individual preference. The location was……
