“The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great……

“The property was more than sufficient for the needs that we had but enjoyed being in downtown Charlotte. Look forward to going to Charlotte again and will look at some properties in the area. A little disappointed that we had property at the 17th floor and ended up with a different property at the last minute on the third floor in a different location. I understand that situations come up, however, a little concerned that it happened within 24 hours of our arrival. My disappointment was not with……

“The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had a terrible time figuring out how to get into the bldg. There were people staying in the bldg. showed us their code. No where did it say that the key to the condo was the key to get into the bldg. My husband who is 75 had to lay on the ground to look at the back of the lock box to see if it was the right one. Other than that, it was a great stay! We will stay there again! ”

“The positive, the place is nice and you have two bedrooms and baths for less than a hotel room. Nice towels, great to have a porch, washer and dryer. All amazing for the price. We had 3 out of 4 nights a great stay, but once the weekend came the unit next door was rented to a group of partiers that woke us up from 2:30-4:30am. ”

“This condo is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and events. Check in was easy with great directions for accessing the parking garage and condo. Communication about a problem with the entry gate was answered in a timely way. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has a great layout. We had problems with the shower but they were resolved. Condo needs a little attention to finishing details but overall a great place to stay. ”
