“Looks even better than the pictures, lake view is amazing and cable deck railing looks modern and does not block the view. In fact the chairs in great room are brand new have been upgraded from the picture. Kitchen is very functional and has a newly remodeled look. The lake house is great for relaxing with a view. Free use of paddle boards.”

“Lovely home with a cozy feel. This is a great home for someone with limited mobility, in that you can walk right into the house with no steps and it is one level. There is a large shower with a small step and a handheld shower head. The toilets are low and the kitchen is long and narrow but that does not take away from the charm and ease of the house. Even for someone with limited mobility there is a great view of the water and the sunroom is a great place to soak up the outside. The fire pit……

“My group of friends 40's-50's stayed here for a quick girls' getaway. The location is lovely located just outside town along the lake near farm land. We felt safe and I enjoyed walking near the cornfields. Denver is a cute town with everything you need within a 10-minute drive. The house is a perfect setup with everything you need to enjoy your trip. It is evident the host spent a great deal of time trying to think through every detail so you could enjoy your stay. This includes sound machines……

“Spent the weekend here for a sporting event. This is just a fantastic spot. The lake is besutiful, the water is accessible and shallow for the kiddos. Tje gome is cozy and well appointed. The only thing missing is a swcond bathroom, socif you have a large party, be aware, but everything else was comfortable and perfect. Will stay again.”

“We enjoyed everything about our weeklong stay at the Kiser Cottage. The house was so unique, down to the spiral staircase leading up to the loft that our kids loved. The boat rental was so convenient, and we spent every afternoon/evening at the dock. Earl was a great host and we had everything we needed for a relaxing week at Lake Norman.
