「Fantastic Stay – Spacious Rooms & Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-appointed with great amenities. The buffet was well stocked with a variety of food. I especially loved the egg-ordering service, having them brought directly to the table without waiting was a great touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience, I would definitely stay again!」

「The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. 「The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.」

「Room is large enough, with a balcony and small kitchen. Yet the room is little bit dusty, and a few ants were found in the bathroom. The cooking equipment such as fry pan seems not very clean. The big problem is, there is no Wifi in the room. 」

「Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. 」
