I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. 「This property is no good for older people, only one access card available the area is no good for visitors, area is too dark at night. My travel mate ended up falling into an unseen garden bed and breaking his collar bone (2 breaks) And lacerated ear. 22 stitches.
