I got an upfront warning that there will be some building work 'early' at 8:30am, and they did start a little later! Fully air conditioned room, with a nice comfortable double bed. "Very convenient location, easy check in process and a clean room with a view! I arrived at 11am and the concierge allowed me to check in my baggage so I didn't have to carry it around until 3pm. The restaurant, Vicinity, which is located on the main level had amazing food options and wine. I would reccomend that anyone stay here if they are looking to be in the heart of London. The Tower Hill tube station was a 6 minute walk from the hotel! "
