“The receptionist was terrible. We do not have the name, we went around 1 in the night on nye. We booked two rooms, paid fully, and she said that we only have one room and accusing expedia for the problem. After several back and forth, she was forcing us to reserve another room, she was not helpful, not looking at the receipt and was very unhelpful. We feel terrible at the nye. The overall motel was clean, quiet, well heat and everything. ”
