Front desk polite and organized. Room was clean and covered basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were awesome. No desk to work on. Went to breakfast at 7:30am: no coffee!!! Eggs and sausage were ice cold even though they were on (cold) warming trays. The warming trays were pluged into a mutiple outlet extension cord which was turned off.

Only one elevator works and it is in disrepair. Our room didn’t look like any of the pictures and was generally dirty around the edges. Only one of the lamps worked because the other didn’t have a lightbulb. When I talked to my family that was also staying at the property, we were told they had to get clean sheets themselves the first night they were there and that our room looked much nicer than theirs. Based on that alone, I would not recommend this facility.

The 1st room smelled disgusting and fresh smoke. 2nd room was disgusting and moldy bathroom. Arrived 1 am after getting 2nd room and settled it was after 2am. Stayed until 7am. Had to check out due to the desperation for a shower before the graduation we flew in for. They refused to refund. Finally agreed to refund

We immediately noticed two issues in our room: the sink plug was broken, and the bedside lamp on the right side of the bed was unusable as there was no nearby outlet. The more serious issues was when we discovered that the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests. The bottom sheet had visible urine stains and was heavily creased, indicating prior use which we reported to the receptionist on duty, Tom. We got clean sheets, which we had to change ourselves, when we discovered further issues .The under-sheet had semen stains, the uncovered duvet was stained with urine, and the mattress protector was also soiled.

The whirlpool was good but jets could be much stronger. The black office chair was very old worn and faded. I told the young man at the front desk, bathroom lock was loose but no one came to repair.

Good place to stay

Fast check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean but a lil run down. When you take a shower the steam makes the smoke alarm go off but thats the worst of the stay.

I have never been more disappointed to stay in a hotel in my life. Start to finish was an aweful experience. To start, they mist a professional photographer being doing there work for rooms, because the difference was drastic. Booked a room with a jet tub, which was later found to be broken. In hindsight, the staff knew it was broken. As we were checking they were trying to find our room, and i heard the receptionist mutter under her breath "well what room do i give them?" to her coworker. Then proceeded to mutter some to one another things i couldn't understand as the smirked at the screen. As you can probably interpret, the customer service was awful. Get to the room, and it is straight up the
