BED BUGS! This was the dirtiest, noisiest hotel I have ever been to. Shocking that Radisson has not revoked its licensing agreement with this property.
Upon entering the room and pulling back the sheets, we found a bed bug, just sitting right on top! Not hidden, not under the mattress, but just out there in plain sight.
We immediately checked out of the hotel, and the desk clerk did not even seem surprised. Maybe he is used to bed bug complaints?
Because we paid for the room through Expedia, the front desk could not offer us a refund. But then Expedia would not refund our money either! Expedia claimed that it could not refund our money because the hotel would not respond to its phone calls, but this is an unacceptable answer. All Expedia would do is offer us $25 in OneKey cash. A paltry sun for a room we paid well over $100 for, and later had to book a last-minute replacement for even more!
Word to the wise: DO NOT STAY HERE! And, I am rethinking my use of Expedia given its lack of interest in resolving this matter.
