“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. “Sand is very on top of communicating. The apartment is on the second floor and has two rooms - one bedroom and one living room that has been converted into BR. The apartment was clean including the toilet, shower. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
