“It was my second trip and I was mostly satisfied. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were prompt and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa was not as comfortable but did the job. Everything in the unit worked well. The laundry facilities were functional. The one thing that slightly soured my visit was some pretty significant peeling on the ceiling that looked like pieces of plaster were going to drop anytime. “Great stay before hopping on a cruise. Family of 5 (2 adults and kids 6, 4 and 1) fit fine for one night. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and coffee. Alex was super responsive and checked in multiple times. We asked for a pack n play and he had it there! Only negative is that it was a pretty loud area and street. Other reviews mention quiet, and we did travel during spring break, so maybe we caught it at the wrong time. Wasnt so loud that it kept my kids up, but definitely……

“Very convenient location with all the conveniences of staying in a hotel or resort while also having all of the comforts of staying in a home. The building itself was a little on the older side but was well maintained and our unit was fully renovated and felt modern and luxurious. “Great location! Can walk to restaurants and grocery store. Very nice Tiki Bar on property that also serves food. Pool area was very nice. Excellent view from the balcony.The condo was very clean. Bed was comfortable . Bathroom very small. Definitely needs updating!! Room needs to be painted a light color to make the space look bigger. Furniture is outdated. Definitely needs a new couch, pillows on the couch are old. Needs new trash can and toilet paper holder in the bathroom . Not sure why……

“Great property right in front of the beach. I’ve had problems in the past with owners not being transparent with fees, etc. but this stay was different. The daily parking/valet fee was upfront and I didn’t run into any other random hidden fees.This location is just close enough to walk towards the busy party scene on las olas, but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet on the beach front. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great time. The staff here were fabulous. They were very friendly, anything we asked for, ice, towels etc, they would bring them right away. Many small restaurants and bars are withing a 2-minute walk, and the main strip of Fort Lauderdale beach is only about a 25 minute walk straight south. The condition of the property was good, but it could use some updating.
