“Had problem unlocking door, checkin person showed me how to unlock door, very helpful. I arrived very late, 12:30am due to problems pickin up my Antelope in Shawnee, Wy check in very smooth”

“We basically just slept here. The room was comfortable and clean. The room had a bit of a musty smell as the a/c wasn’t on. I would suggest running the dehumidifier consistently to improve that. The sink was a pedestal type with no shelf space at all. The sheets were good quality and the beds had 2 covers. ”

“Easy to find house. Convenient to HyVee grocery. Close to town square. Clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for our weekend.”

“The Rookery was great! The hosts have thought of everything. We didn’t go without a single thing, they had all dishes and appliances you need, board and card games, movies, easy WiFi access and use on the TVs, blankets, chairs, and much more. We arrived on a Friday evening and left Sunday morning. We came prepared with food so we never even had to get back in the car until we left. Perfect stay 10/10 !”

“Our group of seven plus three dogs stayed in the farmhouse for a week during the summer and were very comfortable there! The house is large and very private, and we wish that it had been cooler weather so that we could have enjoyed a fire in the inside fireplace. We did somewhat miss having a dishwasher, but we survived! The listing and pictures are accurate, so you know that while it might not be the most luxurious accomodations, the affordability makes up for that. It is a drive to get back to……
