“This home is beautiful. High ceilings, great light, and awesome spaces for family to gather or retreat and recharge. The host was responsive and friendly. Location was close to everywhere we wanted to explore in Dubuque, and had a fantastic view. Highly recommend!”

“We loved the location! Great house with lots of room for a large group. The place was very dusty though and the front porch and back deck were extremely dirty with cobwebs everywhere. A few maintenance issues also. ”

“Great location, friendly neighborhood. A few house keeping things. The railing going up stairs was very dusty. Had enough cobwebs to notice many more. Had a few aunts inside by the patio doors. We did find spray and took care of them. This place was listed as a 3 bedroom. It is truly 2 bedroom with a loft. Check in and check out was super easy. Suggesting a mirror in the bedrooms. With 6 adults getting ready to go out, two bathroom mirrors is not sufficient. We made so many fun memories.”

“This is our 5th house in this neighborhood in Arnold’s Park. This house feels very rundown and was so incredibly DARK. The concrete walk leading to the door is broken up. There were only 3 chairs around the outside patio table. The kitchen table is a bar table with 5 backless stools, which is well past replacing. The master bedrooms mattress is foam on top of 4 wooden planks. It was terribly uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a loft space open to the main level with a deck off of it. No privacy.……

“It was so nice to have our own space so close to the college. The kitchenette allowed us to bring our own food & eat some quick meals in between activities.”

“I arrived while cleaner was still there… 4:00 but that was ok. I was discouraged for the second time renting this house that not only was the grille dirty but oven was filthy. It’s a self cleaner…?? The property host was awesome got back to me in a timely fashion👍. Had issues with Roku tv .. and unfortunately due to weather we were inside more than other times.. agree. Just regular cable would’ve been so much easier. Had a nice stay but initially it was listed as a 5 bedrooms in one website……

“Overall I felt the unit could have been cleaner. Stand between beds had stuff on it. Please wipe down everything in the space. Floors...all corners and along the baseboard had dust and particles in and next to them. Mat inside door was very dirty. Clean is not too much to ask for no matter where you stay. ”

“We loved the location next to the outdoor pool. The condo was very nice and clean. We were excited to have the outdoor firepit as I think we were the only condo with one. A little deceiving as it was listed as 4 bedroom but was really only 2 bedroom, 1 open loft, and a living room with pull out couch. Need directions to find the thermostat (found in garage closet). Everything else was great.”
