The bedroom is large with king size bed and the best part with large screen tv. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is great. “Our 2nd time in St Thomas, overall our accommodations were acceptable, you get what you pay for. I do feel like the value for what you get was a little above average. The king bed was great and the open floor plan for our room was very nice. Its an older place which unless your staying at a hotel/resort you will feel like your living a little more like a local than a tourist, which is neither good nor bad. I believe its under new ownership and has was being renovated so I understand and want……

“Staying at the Flamboyan was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to St. John/St. Thomas. The property is very nicely set up with amazing rooms, clean pools, a nice restaurant/bar, and stellar views of Magens Bay. Both pools are very clean with the top pool being well located near the rooms and bar/restaurant area. We did notice the hot tub near the lower pool was not working and was only about 85 degrees. Not a major issue at all but would be an incredible feature if working……

“A) Poor communication; my messages repeated 3 times in 2 weeks, were never responded to. B) Front desk staff needs training; they don’t know how to smile. C) We were fortunate to be in a renovated unit; very clean. But you never know in advance what type of room you would get. D) Balcony overlooks the ocean; great view E) Food was average. F) They get an ‘F’ for not maintaining the main road approaching the development. ”
