“Owners were very nice to work with. Property is in a safe and good neighborhood and very quiet. Very convenient to downtown Glendora and the freeway. Glendora hotels are old and not to good. This was workable and comfortable.”

“Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed……

“The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me.”

“While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money”

“Leon's place is just as the pictures show. Very clean and the location is excellent! Our two families were in town from Texas to celebrate my daughter's PhD graduation. “Student housing in and around Cal Poly Pomona University was a challenge for my husband and I, especially after receiving notice that our son was not honored with a dorm room. As worried parents, what are we to do? VRBO was the answer! After several searches within the VRBO website, we found a cozy studio in Azusa. Every student housing need and more, was supplied for our son inside this tucked away quiet, safe and welcoming studio. My recommendation: if you are in need for a short-term stay in……
