“The people in the room above ys were constantly wslking around until 2 a.m. The floor (our ceiling) was very cresky. It kept me awake. Also the heater, off and on also very loud.”

Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available.”

“Good place if you're heading out on the trails. Our host was very responsive to us for check-in and issues. The house needed a little more cleaning, but the beds were clean and everything we needed was present. No internet was available, which we made the host aware of, but we were out on the ATV trails and passed time playing games (bring DVDs if you have to have a movie). Lots of comfortable places to sleep. The hot tub was nice and clean as well. If you have more than two people and want to……

We were a little early in the season to be able to utilize the ski in/ski out but would have been awesome if Michigan weather got the memo! Driving around the mountain area to restaurants etc was easy. My husband and I will definitely be back!! Thank you!”
