“Great classic house with lots of space to sprawl in a small town. Very relaxing. Good restaurants and grocery within 2 blocks.”

“Was in town for a quick trip for a wedding. Perfect place to stay. M Mammoth distillery was just down the street for a nightcap. And it was lovely to meet Leo.”

“Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total……

“Excellent one night stay at the BW Boutique Hotel in the Amelia room. We had the house to ourselves and enjoyed the spacious living areas and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay there again!”

“Would have been nice to know facilities were under major renovations. Room was nice & clean but paint fumes were horrible unable to use pool since they shocked it the day we arrived and fumes were so harsh they burned my throat. Reno workers took up all convenient parking & had to step around painters and ladders and go around different obstacles just to get morning coffee. Couldn’t use facilities except to sleep & shower not very Wyndom-like. Disappointed”

“Easy check-in and out, room had everything I needed and more for the night. Clean overall although the top comforter had a spot of something. Sheets were clean.”

“Very conveniently located. Overall the property is a little "tired" (in need of some upkeep). Very friendly staff.”

“Beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay. Crisp clean new sheets of good quality. Table and two chairs in the room created a very nice sitting area plus a comfortable desk chair. Only bad part is that because of the way the fridge and microwave are situated, you cannot see the TV from the sitting area. The TV, by the way, is very nice sized, modern but has no cable TV just free channels. No freezer in the fridge and very limited counter space in the bathroom.”

“The host was very friendly, and was eager to supply us with whatever we needed. The cottage was so cute! It looked almost new, with updated light fixtures, and a wonderfully appointed bathroom. It had a huge jetted tub, as well as a walk in shower, with a nice, high shower head and beautiful tile work. The seating and the bed were very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Each cottage has its own designated parking space (enough for two cars each!), and there is ample space for boat……
